Toro

Subject Lead management feedback program for Toro.
 
Background This lead management program amplified our direct marketing work. Field sales people used this program to contact recent mailing recipients. This reinforced the message of the mailing while the feedback system gave us valuable insights into the effectiveness of each campaign.

  • This is an entire program involving sales management, sales representatives and sales support staff.

Field Instructions
Sales managers received this instruction sheet to guide them in the distribution of the leads.

Distribution Summary
Sales managers received this snapshot of each campaign. It gave them an overview of our marketing activity and allowed them to better plan the time of their sales staff.

Distribution Tally
Sales managers used the distribution tally as a personal reminder of the number of lead sheets each account manager received. This allowed them to accurately know what portion of the lead sheets they received.

Lead Feedback
Sales representatives received one lead sheet for each mailing recipient. They simply filled it out with a pen in the field for each lead they contacted and faxed it back to Toro.
