Subject   Toro Direct Communication Program for Landscape Contractor Equipment.
 
Background   The Toro Direct Communication Program needed to be introduced to the Toro dealer base in a very sales-oriented way. A Welcome Kit followed the Intro kit, helping the enrolled dealers to start the process of sending personalized direct mail to their customers.
   
Items of Note

Intro Kit
The introduction kit was packaged in a 4-color folder designed by a graphic designer. It was sent by mail to every dealer.

  • Each recipient received a personalized introduction packet explaining the program.

Intro Letter and How it Works

  • Memo format emphasizes the internal nature of the communication.
  • Copy is written in a conversational, positive tone.

Pricing
Program pricing is simple; the result of many hours of meetings and cost analysis.

Enrollment Form
Each enrollment form is personalized to the dealer receiving it. This simplified their enrollment task.

Welcome Kit
Each enrollee received this Welcome Kit by email.
