Campaign Worksheet
This campaign worksheet is a document that gives
anyone a single point of reference for every aspect of the
campaign. It summarizes the campaign, defines its workflow,
names the participants, provides links to support collateral,
gives a bar-graph time line and provides detailed descriptions
for each step in the workflow.
Merge Letter
This letter series went to both owners of the Toro
Dingo. It followed a format consistent with this piece.
It was accompanied by a sell sheet.
- This letter was customized to the recipients to speak
to their interests, either as end users or as rental equipment
owners.
- The sell sheet was perforated with a 3-hole punch with
instructions to save these sheets for future reference.
- We sent this mailer flat (no folding) to make it easier
to save the sell sheets.
Questionnaire
This telephone survey asked campaign recipients for their
opinion regarding the effectiveness of a recent direct mail
campaign.
- This survey is designed to quickly gather the important
information and to cause the recipient a minimum amount
of disturbance.
Accounting
We tracked the effectiveness of each campaign. We also kept
a master ledger to show overall effectivenes. Attempts were
made to correlate buying patterns with promotions, but this
is a difficult thing to accomplish in a distributor sales
channel.
