Subject Direct Marketing Campaign personalized to the customers of Toro equipment distributors.
 
Background Campaigns such as this were the foundation of the direct communcation program that I built for Toro.

  • This worflow series allowed us to accurately know the status of any campaign, from initialization to final accounting.

Campaign Worksheet
This campaign worksheet is a document that gives anyone a single point of reference for every aspect of the campaign. It summarizes the campaign, defines its workflow, names the participants, provides links to support collateral, gives a bar-graph time line and provides detailed descriptions for each step in the workflow.

Campaign Request
Enrolled distributors received this request at the beginning of a campaign. It allows them to select their mailer and to personalize the copy.

  • The recipient clicks on the embedded icons, opening up the specific worksheet for that mailer.

Campaign Approval
The highlighted areas in the worksheet indicate the areas that the dealer needed to fill in.

  • The text areas are formatted to represent the printed size as it will look on the final copy

Work Request
This document is a summary of the coming campaign. The print shop used it as a reference point.
